We use quality equiptment and of course the best locations for each activity possible.
Our instructors hold the minimum - Rock Climbing Instructor qualifification and on more advanced courses the Mountaineering Instructor Award or JSRCI.
We are also fully a fully insured company with the right risk assessments to undertake everything we do and offer.
North Wales Climbing has become very popular over the last few years due to it being very accessible to all abilities, limited driving time, good indoor climbing walls, amazing scenery, nice bars and restaurants and professional guides.
North Wales Active climbing courses... are for everyone, from beginer to advanced.
Below are the climbing courses and cost options.
Climbing instruction in beautiful Snowdonia, North Wales.
Start times: 09.30 or 13.30. 09.30 for full days.
Time: 3/6 Hours with some small driving time.
Age: 6+
We do private or mixed groups -
For private groups your group will have an Instructor to yourself. For mixed groups you will be mixed in with other people on your activity session.
Cost - Private Groups
1 - 3 People £175/225 total.
4 people + £50/70 p.p.
Cost - Mixed Groups
£45/60 p.p.
North Wales Active - Climbing Courses & Equipment information.
We provide all technical equipment but please bring some suitable trainers and clothing to wear whilst climbing. Rock climbing shoes are prefered if possible and if you have any of your own equipment please bring it.
Start times
09.30 or 13.30 for half day sessions and 09.30 for full day sessions.
Age restrictions
6+ depending on activity option chosen and or experience.
Fitness
A small amount of fitness is needed but if in doubt please speak to the office about your fitness levels as we can tailor the activity to everyones needs.
Food & Drink
If you are climbing all day please bring some food & drinks or we can visit some near by Cafe's. Speak to the Instructor before your activity starts so he can plan the day.
